INTRODUCTION

Higher Education Foundation (HEF) with support from MIT World Peace University, has created a unique platform to bring together Higher Educators and Researchers of Indian origin in the USA by organizing a Workshop on Strategizing and Transforming Indian Higher Education, as part of Indo-US partnership initiative.
This platform will act as a bridge between the USA (which has the world’s most advanced and contemporary teaching-learning pedagogies) and India (which has the largest higher education student population) to bring the best practices to the Indian Higher Education System. The platform will facilitate
an intense and ongoing interaction between the eminent academicians and thought leaders of Indian origin in the USA, and the academic and scientific leadership of India so they can continue to work on the towards enriching and transforming the Indian higher education ecosystem by drawing on the best
